I love that I can relive my youth with these classic EP shows. Back then I was watching while enjoying my favourite pop and snack. I’m watching this now while enjoying a nice cigar and whiskey. Thanks EP and PNP for giving me another way to relive my youth!

I recommend you back them up soon! I have pictures from 1999 as well on mine and sadly when the battery in them goes, the pics go with them. There's a tool you can buy that's pretty cheap and let's you backup the whole SRAM to your PC so you can keep those old pics exactly as they were bit saved to the RAM.

I love watching these old episodes! It brings me back to the tech tv days. Also judgment day when you guys went into that was bliss. I remember sitting at home on thanksgiving break watching marathons as a kid. Thank you for the ultimate nostalgia Victor!

I still have my teal GameBoy Color and Camera! I actually bought a custom aftermarket piece of hardware to connect my Camera to my PC so I can backup all my pictures on it from 1999 in my childhood home. Loved this thing, got me really interested in photography. Another great episode! Thanks Vic!

"its not about the cutscenes..." in the 90s it was TOTALLY about the cutscenes...

Some years ago..Before the old EP episodes were Re-uploaded to this channel. I remember asking "What is that stuff Tommy T and Erik Walburg eating on???"... Surprisingly, Erik the man himself, answered my question and told me it was chicken mixed with something... maybe flour... I can't remember... Lol

@@DoubleRDubPlays what’s the back story between Tommy and Vic? Vic (media personality) doesn’t mention him much if at all. But I’m sure the real life Vic is still close with Tommy( why else would he constantly editing 20+ year old footage) . Perhaps Tommy moved on from media and this is Vic way of respecting that but reminiscing the past. I’m with him , I miss it too. The simplicity of 90s overall. Entertainment’s industry and its venture capitalists was cut throat place. The lost was on us.

Love the channel, I check your content occasionally. It's been years but I'm still confused in regards to Tommy's history and the favorable mentions of him on your channel still, he's under a ton of scrutiny and escalated controversy over the last several years for clear reasons, such as spreading large amounts of false information (especially since the viral video with millions of views came out). Has this been acknowledged? I'm guessing not really because he's probably still a friend, which is fine I suppose. I'm more curious about the whole situation than judgemental. I've read too much about his online presence to be a supporter (and I also have no interest in the Intellivision brand) but everything you've put out there seems much more legitimate and trustworthy. You also seem much more engaged with the gaming industry and fairly discuss it. Aside from that it's good that you're preserving some interesting gaming shows but I'm thinking some of the gaming reviews may not have all aged well lol (that's one criticism I've found online.. dating back decades). But I adore archival footage and find it endlessly fascinating and valuable Hope you're doing alright, I've been especially loving your podcast where you talk to game developers!
@sloppynyuszi3 ай бұрын
Best not to dwell on it too much. A tv show where someone gets to review games he worked on is hardly the best place to get an honest opinion. But it’s still a good time capsule, and Victor seems to focus on the positivity. And it’s nice that this channel isn’t a gossip about personalities and drama channel.
@PigDan3 ай бұрын
@@sloppynyuszi Good point, I agree. I expect it to never be brought up. It's just a curiosity in certain gaming circles.
@sloppynyusziАй бұрын
@@PigDan I think it would be good to hear Victor have an honest conversation about the whole Tommy fiasco, but to be honest EPN just isn’t the platform. Maybe a video game themed interview podcast. The whole situation in the scheme of things is too small fry for something mainstream outside video games, so I dunno, Spawnwave, or someone like that.
