In regards to the 41 Oxbridge offers from Brampton Manor, I think it's a disservice to the students there to say that they got so many offers due to the fact that Oxbridge are trying to advertise diversity. Their students work really hard, some of them even said that they go to the private study area just after 6 in the morning, then leave just before 6 in the evening, before going home and studying even more before they go to sleep. So I wholeheartedly believe that they deserve the offers they received. Also, the teaching staff there might really be excellent but i must say one of the main reasons why I didn't apply is because of how excessive it really is. Like yes you need to work hard, but I could tell Brampton were a bit too extreme for me and mentally/emotionally i knew I would suffer. Instead I applied to Newham Collegiate Sixth Form and London Academy of Excellence in Stratford because they got better results, near similar numbers of Oxbridge offers and most importantly more supercurricular activities; students there are mostly BAME and also work hard, but the atmosphere is not as overbearing and excessive as Brampton and there's a wider range of opportunities. Nevertheless, I suppose it's up to individual students to decide which school suits them the most and ultimately it's a step in the right direction that these non-private, state schools and academies are performing better in more "deprived" areas in London and more BAME students are applying to the these top universities and doing more for representation and diversity.

I'm on my final year of uni and trying to balance my part time job and studies but it is so hard. Lately I've been getting so anxious and unable to sleep. Sometimes it feels so not worth the stress. IBZ to get into Harvard masters programs you need to have top grades and top GRE scores in the top 85% in both. You can check the median score of accepted applicants, and if you don't come close to that, you are wasting your time applying.
