That journalist was non other than the man who was narrating the story(who is admit in hospital)

The journalist who got caught inside KGF taking photos was the narrator of the KGF: Chapter 1; His name is Anand Ingale. His Son Vijay Ingale saw him in hospital after 25 years then main journalist Deepa Hegde showed up to him and ask about the story that his father was going to complete it, so he told her (indirectly) that he will narrate the story. Vijay saw this 'STORY' a fictional but 'interesting' , Deepa also agrees. Later he found out Photo taken by Rocky, of his father inside a book, showing how he feared hell out of him when he was on gun point. There he regrets that it is a TRUE STORY of a past time.

Sanjay dhath when he was doing this movie he had cancer and the south industry scandalwood really were concerned about Bollywood star Sanjays heath so they make sure he had no that much stress so last climax scene they maximum did it with cgi.goddess shown in this movie is kaali goddess of death victory warfare just like athena goddess.
