I don't get round number 3. I'm begginer, so could sbd explain me where I need to increase sc to 18? Sc, 2sc in one stich and next where another ones?

work sc in the first stitch, then work 2sc in the 2nd stitch, sc in the 3rd stitch, 2sc in the 4th stitch, repeat to the end, then you will get 18sc stitches
