Thank you Belinda for sharing your story. In life there will be a lot of people who will invalidate people for no reason, and I grew to understand that only I get to validate myself. I too had teacher who humiliated the way I walk and made me performed in front of my class, I too had family members who condemned me, I also had friends who didn’t do as well as me yet looked down on me. These, are no longer important to me, they helped me found myself. And thank you Jianyi for teaching us 一步一步来, as long as we don’t give up, we will reach the destination. Thank you Tuesday Report for making such beautiful and meaningful reports.

Majority of Singaporeans parents have their own housing, and growing up's major complaints are just parents treat them not well. My parents have nothing, low wage, I became independent since small, grow up I even have to buy a house, they stay. But they are also toxic and comparing. After 20+ years, I had enough, felt like maybe they were a debt I repaying this life. just feeling tired all of a sudden.

Why in the blue hell that more than 3 quarters of these parents interviewed are not even Singaporeans to begin with?
