You are doing wonderful things to your, soon to be new home! Thank you for taking us along on the journey! Great solution for the bathroom flooring, and the price was right!

Well done you! How you know so much about all areas of home reno amazes me! My dad was so clever he used to be able to do electrics, plumbing, building, decorating, and a brilliant mechanic, all self taught, bless him! (altho, he never did gardening lol) but that's how you did it back in the day and you seem very like that, which will serve you well in life. And what a good idea to put lino down when budget is tight, and when things get better and your a millionaire you can do the fancy tiles then!! I can see your frustrated and worn out, but you got this darlin. xx

I’m not to sure but my dad always use to be able to fix things too. Maybe not at speed but eventually. In the world we live in now self teaching is easy. I didn’t go to school or college to learn a lot of these things. I just hope I can inspire others. Thanks again for your kind words. They really do help.

Thanks Cathy. It’s slowly coming together. The real journey begins when we move in. It will only be half done. Glad you a finding my videos interesting. The roof is ok, for now. It does want replacing at some point but would have been are entire budget. As long as I keep an eye on it and patch it up when needed we will be fine. The kitchen will be done after the master bedroom I hope. But I’m almost flat broke so the content might slow down a little. But when we do. I’ll put a new ceiling in slightly lower with down lights and that should supply us with plenty of room for a dent hob extractor fan. Hidden within the ceiling. Thanks again for watching.

Hot water and electricity! 🎉 It's great to see things coming together. The flooring in your bathroom looks like the terrazzo flooring in my house. Most excellent for hiding dirt! Ha! Much better camouflage than tiles

Always coming through with the absolute most positive feedback ever. We will definitely need to hide dirt 👌

It's coming along nicely man, well done for all the work you've done to date. Amazing what skills you've got / had to learn to keep things moving forward. Fingers crossed it's plain sailing from here on out... Famous last words 😂

I installed sheet vinyl in my previous home. It was a much better product than the 1990s version. Easy to clean!
@FromLeedsToWestАй бұрын
I think with vinyl there is more pros than cons. Not something I have used before. Easy to clean is exactly what we need.

Save those pennies for the insulation, you will feel the difference as I did just by doubling it. Can't imagine none at all.
