Hi Ryan, thanks for another awesome video. Don't remember if I mentioned it before but its called Temper as opposed to Flux in this game. Here is my copy pasted comment from the early access Patreon of this video from a few days ago; "Hi Ryan, thanks for another awesome video. [TL:DR of below;- You can probably safely stay out all day now with all the Clothing and Armour you are wearing. EDIT; not yet, close though 😛. 1 - Get your second Seashell Necklace built and replaced first thing. 2 - Build and wear a Fiber Cuirass. 3- Remember to keep practicing your Spear Fighting. 4 - Get some Spider Lilly from the Wetlands to make Spider Lilly Tea to fight off the Seahound Parasites. 5 - Build a Kiln, then Stove and make at least one Clay Cooking Pot. 6 - Build a Rustic Bed.] Well done on almost recovering from that Sea Hound, commiserations on getting attacked again by another Sea Hound. Honestly if you hadn't been attacked by that other Sea Hound there was a better than even chance you could have managed to overcome the Sea Hound Parasites you got from the previous attack. Spider Lilly from the Wetlands is still going to be important to help you recover from them faster. At least you killed this one and it only gave you 3 Stings this time :-p. That Armour is paying off already lol. You still need a Shield, a Fiber Cuirass and Leather Trousers though for protection. On which note, your next medium/long term project should be a Fiber Cuirass. Well done on getting the Fiber Armour built though! That was a smart idea to cannibalise one of your Necklaces to make it, but its very important to get the second one built and worn ASAP to help with your Mood. (Some things in the game you can only build one at a time, the Seashell Necklace being one of them, so you can't have more than one blueprint of it up at a time. Once you build one though, then you can start on the other). Forgot to say last episode, not sure if you noticed, but you managed to stay outside during the Day for 4 hours with no problem when you took the wrong turn to the Beach. Thats because of all the clothing protecting you from the Sun. Now you have a Fiber Armour Coat, you are probably able to go out during the day all the time. Just make sure you keep an eye out on your Meters and retreat if you do start to get burnt, but you should be able to stay out indefinitely now with the amount of Clothing and Armour you have managed to build and wear. (Also because its the Rainy Season it doesn't even matter as much as its going to be raining a LOT, meaning you could go out during the Day even without all the Clothing and Armour, its just safer in case it does stop raining now you are wearing so much.) Also, the Mangroves, and Jungle Locations give some passive Sun protection themselves due to the Tree cover. Now that you can go out safely during the day it should make it much easier to get stuff done. Working on getting the Kiln built so you can unlock the Stove and have a Clay Cooking Pot for advanced Meals which will be super helpful as it will then be much less likely you burn any Food whilst nauseous/vomiting/having anxiety attacks. Also advanced meals fill you up WAY more than just the individual ingredients. It pained me to see you waste the valuable Fat on Deadfall Trap Bait, especially as its the Rainy/Stormy Season which meant Traps and their Bait could easily get blown away. Doesn't really matter though :-p. Remember to keep practicing your Spear fighting as well so its easier for you to kill the Sea Hounds. Some more pro tips - You can crush Charcoal with a Stone to turn it into 2 Ashes btw. As I said before you don't actually need to bring the Blueprint up for Ash Bandages. Just put a bit of Ash on a Small Cloth and that results in an Ash Bandage. Its best to carry at least 2 to 3 Ash Bandages on you at all times in case you do get injured, they take up practically no space. At this point you might want to just stay in the Cave as your long term home, and start building the Stove and Rustic Bed in there. Plus a Broom to keep it tidy."
