EP2 NARKANDA

We started our trip from kufri at 7 am. the road from kufri to narkanda is so beautiful that we were mesmerised with the scenic beauty and natural tall hills. there were apple orchads all the way. the roads are smooth like butter and no traffic jams as in shimla.
we stopped at siya ram sidu for our snack break. the sidu is so tasty and healthy made up of fermented wheat flour with precious filling of khas khas. it was served as salty and sweet variety with chutney and desi ghee. it costs us only rs 50 per plate. thanks himachal for such a tasty and energetic breakfast in such a nominal rate. every body should try it once.
then we went to narkand and reached there at 9 am. we took a healthy parantha meals at negi dhaba. parantha was tasty and fresh. it costs us around 180 for two people. the dhaba is old and authentic.
we then started for hatu peak and took taxi from taxi union. it cost us 800 rs for the two way trip and the decision was right as the road is narrow and curvy. the driver is good and well spoken and well mannered as all himachalis.
we reached there within halfan hour. we were thrilled to see the beauty of narkanda hatu peak as it is top most point . it gives us the 360 degree view of the beautiful himalayan range. the temple is beautiful and we thanks god for such a marvelous nature.
the trip cost is very minimal as there is no entry tickets for temple visit.
we used gopro and dslr for shooting the videos.

If you start your day by earliest, you can certainly come back. But its better you stay at kufri rather then shimla. Its kind of mid way. Then you can do your narkanda which is only 2 hr run from kufri. And shimla is also 2 hr with traffic from kufri. Kufri is more pieceful and scenic otherwise as well.

Haanji. Its a good time. Thoda thanda hoga. Rush bhe kam hoga. And they are safe places to travel with family. Make sure to drive carefully and in the day time preferable. Otherwise completely safe.
