I just seen the best tool a man can have. A brain. We don t need every expensive tool out there to build quality hot rods. Car looks awesome. Great job.

Spent my entire working career in the sheet metal layout / fabrication industry and can spot a "pro" with just a few minutes of observation. A true pleasure watching you work. You become one with the metal, and that's what makes it work.

i Love the shot of the Coupe in the snow. Chopping one of those was my first custom project ever in 1997 at 17yrs old. You could pick those coupes up for under a $1,000 all day long then. I let all my skills and knowledge sit on idle after high school to focus on my career. For over 20yrs of someone telling me what to do for a great pay and benefits. You are really helping me decide to hang it up and retire. I think im going to start a full blown shop where only I work and maybe a Super HoT and Sexy lady to answer the and make appointments . I still have a ton of my tools, English wheel, tig welder, DA sanders, paint guns, hammers and dollys, bead Roller. Everything looks TiTs, tear the bone out of it!!!!

Hi really nice work. I myself am a bodybuilder from the old school. Where fiberglass and other fillers were not invented. Where brass and tin were used. AND it places great demands on the design of parts that are manufactured. So it's nice to see someone making video about what craftsmanship is. Again great work Many greetings from Denmark

These videos are very useful to me as I am in the process of doing something similar to my 89 Bronco. Not lowering but replacing a rusted roof with similar cut points. I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on a couple questions if you have a chance to respond: - Do you think 1/2 square tubing or bar stock is adequate sleeving in the A and B pillars assuming it is properly rosette welded into both halves? - The B pillar on the bronco is about 10 inches wide and 4 inches thick. How would you cut it so that you would have a good chance of ending up with two parallel co-planar surfaces to weld? Thank you so much!
@Theoldironworkshop

Yes, I would say the half-inch steel will be helpful in aligning everything or the bigger the better. Typically when I cut stuff I try to use a sheet metal template and it’s just a matter taking your time cutting.
