Crouch and walk forward makes some fairly smooth shots. I just can't move the mouse or it becomes too jittery.

Flipping your head so F5 actually works? That's interesting! PS: If someone is interested in Reshade, a manual installation seems to work after some finangling. Useful if the provided version (8u51) is too slow for your liking.
