Played this game extensively awhile back. I'll never give spoilers, but when you ask questions on your videos I know the answer to, I'll let you know. A few times now you've been surprised by disease popping up. If you attack a decayed zombie with a melee weapon, instant disease. Either ranged weapons or Spears (which can attack diagonally) negates that. Also, zombies migrate zone to zone towards you during the night (not at day). They spawn from the dangerous places.
