I love your content and videos . I just want you to please make a video on this topic. Like whenever we start doing something new in our life many negative questions come in our mind- what if this would happen(negative), what if this goes wrong, what would happen if this doesn't work well, etc etc. And then, any of this really happens, then we just get demotivated - muje pta tha yhi hoga etc. I'm sure, aap k saath bhi kabhi toh hua hi hoga aisa so how to motivate ourselves in that situation or how to keep going by neglecting all these negativity from our mind.
