In other languages, they speak that way because they think of you as Malaysians already. they do like to get angry sometimes but believe me they are very good people. they all come not just to eat the food but they want to appreciate you guys as foreigners who coming and experiencing the village life. that is culture of the malaysian people. One thing i like about kampong or village is the great Gotong Royong spirit. All come together lending hands helping each other even if you are stranger. Like a big family😊

Ha la sebab lama xbalik kampung..bila anak2 semua dah kawin mesti la diaorang akan tinggal di rumah masing2 , bila sekali sekala balik kampung tok belah mak atau ayah memang meriah la..sebab sekali sekala ja boleh jumpa, sebab sebelum tu semua sibuk dengan kerja dah, sekali berkumpul memang la meriah..semua sepupu2 anak2 menakan kumpul dekat rumah tok di kampung ja.. like my family bila mak ayah I dah kawin diaorang dah tinggal asing dari mak ayah diaorang dah, sebab tu bila saya dapat balik kampung tok belah mak atau ayah rasa best gilaaa sebab tahu nanti semua adik beradik mak atau ayah akan datang sekali dengan sepupu2 anak2 menakan semua akan berkumpul memang best la

saya tak berhenti gelak tengok part ni 8:47. Kita sama je masa mula2 nak belajar masak dulu. Tapi sekarang dah pro dah, cuma bab goreng ikan or ayam, still like that.... hahaha.... Its fun rite when people came to "MEREWANG" together. This usually happens when we have events like kenduri.. The work becomes lesser and easier so that the task finish earlier.. Anyways, hope you all will find it as a new experience and a great memories while in Malaysia..

Really love the atmosphere. The chaos-ness, laughter, bebel, mak ciks-ness hahahah. I think if it is not because of the pandemic, the front yard would be full of the cars and they will even spread a mat on the floor to do rewang 😆. Family in Malaysian dictionary means ‘family and extended-extended family’. I was expecting the ketua kampung will come too (hahah just kidding!). If you guys want to have better idea of what family means in MY, I suggest you guys to watch the TNB’s Raya ads(s). They don’t have Juro, but they do have Jero on that ads hahah! Anyway, thank you for the hard work on finishing the video guys! I really enjoyed it. I hope you guys enjoyed the process too 😚
