Nice one guys, we must have past you at some point, we sailed from Eastbourne to Hartlepool in 3.5 days day & night after a disastrous sail around Lands End (20ft+ waves) & Isle of White. The Birth you pulled into in Lowestoft is the same one we had to pull into on our opening leg going the other way 3 weeks earlier lol, (check Sailing Florence & you'll see our boat with the purple cancer charity banners). Look forward to the rest of the trip & hope you have better weather than we had. Regards Graham.

Great video and well done on the steak meal at sea. With your arrival at Lowestoft you are on our normal cruising area. We are not looking forward to the 100 mile trip from Grimsby to Lowestoft when we do the east coast next year. Currently at anchor 10miles south of Kinlochbervie, so following in your footsteps. Came from Stornoway yesterday, having been in Outer Hebrides for a couple of weeks. We went to see the planes on Barra, which I was inspired to do after your video.

Hi Ann, great to hear from you again! Got to admit the 100 mile trip was tough but felt like a good achievement especially with it being our first night sail. Glad to know that we are inspiring you, Barra was a lovely spot wasn't it. Hope you enjoyed the Outer Hebrides, nice to be able to spend time in these places at your leisure. will you be going into Kinlochbervie? Another stunning location. Thanks again for watching and commenting, we really appreciate it.

@@sailinggemini yes we went to Kinlochbervie as the anchor would not hold in Loch Clash. Arrived in Stromness this afternoon.
