It's 5.11 am here in Clontarf QLD I a waiting for my ride to go to garage sales. 2 weekends ago I got a whole heap of cleaning stuff for free from some people who were moving back to New Zealand. I love when there is cleaning products at garage sales. It's where I get my brooms mops etc. Saves so much. That lucite towel rack is so gorgeous and before now I never knew they existed. I have a few curtain pulls and at first that's what I though you had.

My Aunt used a powder compound mixture to form the broken pieces of old pictures and frames. Easy fix!

Might want to have tge gold checked out by a jeweler. A good portion of gold marked Italy is fake.

It isn't just from Italy and it's the same for sterling silver. There is a lot of fake gold & silver jewelry on the market these days, people need to be aware of it and instead of reselling it they should either destroy it or remove the mark. I choose to destroy it and throw it in the garbage .

I do not remember ever trying aspic altho I think I MUST have when I was very young..... it certainly does NOT look very appetizing at ALL!!! 🤣😂 For those glass towel rods... we were both FLOORED finding comparables online. It has been awhile since Karen bought any so I haven't had to look up a current price for those in quite awhile, but Karen has probably close to 10 of those, different sizes and lengths... blew us away to see what they were worth these days!!
