I liked the dramatic back-lighting! Don't apologize!---I read Little Women when I was laid up with bilateral mumps in 7th grade. The neighbor brought over some books for me to read while I was stretched out on the couch (1962!).

Those were sweet people at that sale. I like all the old kitchen utensils too (and cookbooks). Something about using them feels like being in an old farm kitchen...smelling the bread raise and feeling the love.

A copy in good condition like yours was sold on Etsy for 160 dollars. The cheap versions are because of Library editions and damaged copy's. Your book could easily sell for 100 as long as it doesn't have any library stamps. That is what kills 99% of a books value . Next is a missing book cover. Then missing pages. But if they are rare it doesn't matter. The version that sold for the 160 was just like yours and no book cover.

At first I didn’t know what you were referring to. Then I saw you were talking about the book. Thank you for sharing the value of the “Little Women” book because I have an antique Mary Poppins book. For future reference, you can include the timestamp of where something occurs in a video by including the @ sign and then the timestamp (no spaces after the @ sign). Example: @13:31
