With big area it looks nice. However it is way overpriced. Why porperty developers in Thailand constantly overprice the house properties and get away with it. Properties in Thailand is not an investment due to constantly new projects getting developed in record speeds. And no one wants to buy second hand if it is not dirt cheap and they can re-sell it for money.

You can forget about 19mill bht. I watch markets not realestate agency pricing😅China is currently in a severe recesion and imlpoding heavily only a matter of time until its felt in other Asian locations! Nobody going to pay even 140k usd!

I would NOT pay it; however, someone will. It has a couple of things I don't want or need. There is a lot of land and a 2-car garage, which is rare in Thailand. There are four-bedroom rooms, which is way too many for me. I don't think China is in a recession yet.
