Shopping haul! Fun :) The black & white dress is cute! I was wondering if I could bother you with a quick question? My wife and I will be in Baguio Jan 23-25th and I was wondering if you know where we can get a number coding exemption? Our hotel is next to SM and we'll be arriving on a day we can't drive in the city center. I can't find any good information about it. I THINK I can get them at the police stations. I was going to try Station 5 or 8 because we will be taking Marcos as I think Kennon is closed to all but Baguio residents, or so I have heard. I hope you don't mind my question too much, we just don't know who to ask. Looking forward to more videos!
