Sir your vlogs are nice but in kerala for fish curry they use a different tamarind which is called (kodom pulli). That is what gives the fish curry the different taste and it's also good for health

Keralites not use tamarind in fish curry, only Malabar tamarind (Kudampuli). Also you had not to take the water which was not that clean. You can collect water from water authority pumps installed in the streets or buy mineral water bottle.
