Before the tour I'm thinking "How can this property be only $5.5 million?" I guess when they figure you'll need to spend another $5 million on renovations. I actually love this property. Waaaaay dated look and too overpriced, will need millions more in landscaping and interior modernization to look clean and function up to date.
