Hey Jason. Love the open concept. Everything close and reachable. Surprised a window in the media room. Probably has automatic shades/blinds. Primary with his/her closets. Guest rooms. Ensuites. Garage downstairs. Jason just realizing this is a 1-story? Love the lanai can be closed in with A/C. Guesthouse with a pool? Far from the main house so appreciate the full kitchen. Laundry. It’s a whole 2 bedroom 2 living room home. I want the 2nd bedroom with pool access and close to the laundry 😂. Nice home Jason & Eric. Thanks for sharing 🤗

This is "THE WORST" designed home I have ever seen bar none ! The furniture, DINNING table are 3 feet apart AND WITH THE PALM TREES THEY BLOCK THE OCEAN VIEW from the entrance of the home. Then you have the DRYWALL??????? througout the whole house (WHERE IS THE IMPORTED STONE WORK AND ALL THE MARBLE FROM ITILAY? lOOK AT THE 2 FEET WIDE WOODEN PLANKS ON THE FLOOR... HOW UGLY. $20 million????? Then you have the tiny and goofy looking bedrooms.... a GIANT bathroom in the master... but TINY cheap walmart closets. And the home is only 6000 sq ft.? LOL The small house is better than the rediculasly designed main house. The main house is SO BAD.... This home will never sell for more than 7-8 million IF that. What a joke... $20,000,000.00 YOU ARE INSANE! For $20 million you can buy a 6 million condo on the beach in Miami, and a $6 million cabin in Aspen, AND a 6 million$ Apartment in NY CITY with a view of Central Park ...
