Weshould move to court. In original circular there is not mentioned para 12 anywhere and also pro rara basis. Therefore pension calculations should be only av of last 60 month's salary basis.

I request all EPFO pensioners to have a common and equal pension to all the members. Forget higher or all various pensions structure. Let us all have a common platform of deciding pension depending on their contribution to the organization. Higher pension can not bear the burden of financial outflow. we are complicating our own system. Secondly, it will be highly to keep the record of payments for 5 years. Unreasonable and unjustified demands make the matter worse and untenable.

Those who retired after September 2014 are already getting pension PRORATA BASIS. Now also calculation will be same. Only difference is that now salary calculation will be on actual basis. Earlier it was on ceiling basis.

सर 1.9.2014के पहले रिटायर नियमित (unekzamted )कर्मचारी या (छुट प्राप्त एक्झामटेड )इन दोनो मे से किस रिटायर कर्मचारी को हायर पेन्शन मिलेगी और 4.11.2022 सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश अनुसार 11(3)का ओप्सन अभि चुना है मात्र 6500 सिलिंग के उपर 8.33 अंशदान 541रुपये 11नोव्हेंबर 1995से 1सप्टेंबर 2014 के रिटायर पहले तक EPFO को अंशदान जमा किया है और अभि 11(3)रिटायर के बाद फुल सॅलरी पर अंशदान देणे के लिये राजी होकर ओप्सन देकर ऑनलाईन फॉर्म भरा है ऐसे नियमित या छुट प्राप्त कर्मचारी दोनो मे से किस कर्मचारी को हायर पेन्शन मिलेगी या नहीं मिलेगी कृपया कन्फयुजन दूर करके मार्गदर्शन करणे की कृपा करे 🙏

EPFO को demond letter मे तीन point clear करना चाहिए (1) ब्याज सहित कितना पैसा जमा करना है (2) 1st September 2014 के बाद retired employee की कितनी पेन्शन बनेगी ie heigher pention amount (3) 1st September 2014 के बाद retire होने वाले employee का कितना arrier बनेगा अथवा working employee का कितना पैसा उसके pf fund से transfer होगा।

But Just wanted to know if demand letter received is showing any formula of pension calculation ...pls update some samples of demand letters full pdf. if received by the beneficiaries. Is it being informed in such demand letters that the pension will be paid in parts... Pre2014@12months avg and post2014@60months avg. Is the bonus of 2 years added in pre2014 period...? The pensionable period for calculating if considered in parts is decreasing the pension drastically.. Your views / comments will help understand it better... thanks Madam

Sir can you brief I have one problem after submitting claim for higher pension. When enquire with employer for not approving on epfo portal. Employer says Epfo wants monthwise salary details from Nov,95 which employer not having and even on member portal is also details available from 2010 onwards only. Employer not approving the claim . Employer also says they have already lodged this on epfo grivance but not answered. Kindly advise how to sort this problem please.

I think pro rata formula is for normal pension. For higher pension pro rata will not be implemented. Because there are no salary cap they will take actual salary basis.EPFO explained briefly in FAQ in application status for higher pension.

जिस employee ने चार से पांच कम्पनियो मे नौकरी है ।उस मे से तीन कम्पनियाँ unorganized sector की थी । PF के पैसे तो ट्रांसफर करवा लिए मगर EPFO हायर पेंशन के लिए employer से कैसे approved कराएगी ? जब EPFO के पास सारा रिकॉर्ड है कि किस employees का PF कितनी basic पर कट कर जमा हुआ हैं तो direct डिमांड लेटर से employee को inform करना चाहिये कि आपको अगर full बेसिक पर पेंशन लेनी है तो इतना पैसा कटेगा/जमा करवाना पड़ेगा व इतनी पेंशन मिलेगी। आपके समझ आवे तो yes करो नहीं तो मना कर दो। इस सिंपल सी बात को simplify करने की बजाय इतना complicated कर रखा हैं कि एम्प्लोयी/एम्प्लॉयर दोनो परेशान हो रहे हैं । न तो employee को पता है कि कितना पैसा कटेगा व कितनी पेंशन मिलेगी और न ही EPFO को पता है कि कितने पैसे काटने है व कितनी पेंशन देनी है ? सबने employees को Ghanchakkar बना दिया है । ये कहाँ से पढ़े है भगवान जाने ? employees का भगवान ही मालिक है । हायर पेंशन से withdrawal का कोई तरीका हो तो बताना सर। आप अच्छी जानकारी दे रहे हैं इसके लिए बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद।

डिमांड नोटिस आने के बाद अगर आपकी राशि पीएफ कार्यालय में वापस जमा नहीं होगी तो आपकी उच्च पेंशन का आवेदन रिजेक्ट हो जाएगा।
