A small clarification - employees covered under EPFO scheme with salary less than Rs.5000/ or Rs 6500/ or Rs.15000/- may not be getting any benefit of higher pension as if now but they are not ineligible for pension on actual salary ( whenever salary will exceed the ceiling limit)

Sir as per your guidance, I am eligible because I joined EPS on 1st May, 2014 and exited on 13th Oct, 2014. But after that the next company I joined did not deduct EPF for me till Jan 2021. Then in Feb 2021 I joined another company and I continue my EPF deduction under same UAN and I didn't withdraw my EPS amount. Since Feb, 2021 I am contributing for EPF and EPS. So my question is whether I am eligible for the higher pension. I am ready to pay for the EPS amount for which there was not part to EPF. Please clarify

Some people don't get higher pension. So these people those who don't get any higher pension, they should be paid minimum pension. For no reason why should they wait. They don't get any thing even after waiting for months together. During this delay some people may die. This is just a great injustice to them. EPFO will not take any responsibility for their death. It appears that EPFO is least bothered. This is nothing but making injustice to them. Without taking any minimum ₹7500/- if they die it is not known whether their monthly contributions paid by them while they were earning will be paid to their family members or will be taken away by the EPFO.

What about those who are getting higher pension in view of the R.c gupta judgement & subsequent circular of epfo dated 23/03/17.Applied for higher pension as per the guidelines of the circular & their pension was revised. Apex court in its judgement hasn't overuled its earlier judgement in the R.c gupta case. Para 44(v) ot the judgement states that those who haven't excersied any option prior to retirement pre 2014 during service are not entitled for benefit in this amendment scheme as already covered in the R.c gupta judgement refer 44(iv) of the orders dated 04/11/22. When the employees & employers are contributing on higher salary accepted by epfo the requorement of para 26(6) has been duly met.Also window of exercising option under para 11(3) remained closed from 01/12/2004 to 23/03/17. Hence in my opinion all the pre 2014 employees are eligible.

मेरा आपसे एक सवाल है कृपया आप बताने का कष्ट करें रिटायर्ड के टाइम जिनकी टोटल सेलरी 3150 थी क्या वो भी हायर पेंशन मे आते है जबकि उनको 980 रूपये पेंशन मिल रही है ओर वो 2002 मैं वी आर एस के तहत रिटायर्ड हुए हो

क्रपया यह स्पष्ट करदे‌कि जो पीएफ में म्बर,९५स्कीम मे१०वर्ष पूरा करने के पूर्व रिटायर हो गए और न्यूनतम पेंशन १००० पा रहे हैं उन्हें आगे क्या कोई अतिरिक्त लाभ मिलेगा?

Sir can you please elaborate once again if employees who have joined after 01.09.2014,i.e, in my case, i have joined my organisation on 29.01.2016. So am i eligible for higher pension scheme?

Eligibility for Pension from EPFO. Do we need to have a continuous service of 10 yrs. If we withdraw amount from fund, are we eligible for pension. Please clarify or make a Viedo on this.

The clause 26/6 is of provident fund act 1952 the emp of exempted company has not opted hence will not be eligible for higher pension Pl study about clause 26 /6 and than clarify the issue

सर्, क्या ये पेंशन amount जो retirement में fix होगा वो lifetime के लिए रहेगा या DA बढ़ने पर बढ़ेगा भी जैसा कि central government serviceman के लिए होता है?

It is employer contribution which will go to pension fund.

I am in one company from 1998 to 2009, There PF deduction is on ceiling limit not on higher basic, From 2010 to till now I am in another company, of deduction is on ceiling limit. Am eligible for higher pension scheme
