You were on some truth until you got to the heart. In that brother your wrong. The Bible is clear that we must deal with our heart with the assistance of the Holy Spirit. It is the cleansing, purging and purification of the heart that the Holy Spirit assists us in doing. Without this even Christians carry deposits from their experiences, learning and other information that is stored in the heart. Just read Romans 8, the Holy Spirit knows His job and he helps the believer with things they are not able to deal with themselves, this is things also that they aren't aware that they are still carrying that affects them emotionally, spiritually and even physically. God bless.

I’ve yet to meet a hyper dispensationalism who can exegete 1 Corinthians 11. The passage on the Lord’s supper…the gentiles partook of the Lord’s supper. A sacrament of the new covenant. Which was to the house of Israel. Why might this be happening? Unless…gentiles were intended to be part of the new covenant. 😱🤯 a covenant that Paul was a minister of 2 Corinthians 3:1-6😱😱😱😱😱🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Testament not covenant …. And No such thing as Catholic sacraments

@@EPH113 you need to expand on that. I’m don’t buy all of your presuppositions so a weak attempt like that isn’t going to topple the argument I just made. And disparaging a practice of the church that has its roots in the commands of Jesus and his apostles (clearly taught in scripture) as a “Catholic sacrament” is something that common among members of this strange cult. This isn’t my first encounter with people from this camp. I’m familiar with the method of argument that you just used. I’ll quote a passage that clearly teaches against your view and you’ll hone in on one word, give it a new meaning with little or no defense and feel satisfied that you refuted the entire argument from scripture. My challenge went right over your head. I told you exegete. You didn’t even bother to make an even a tiny attempt. Just a throw away comment. This is the strength of your position.

@ we could debate until Jesus takes me in the rapture and you would not agree. Just trying to give you a lil nibble. Grace and peace to you.

@@Whatsittuya407 do you follow the 10 Commandments to attain salvation has taught by the Catholic Church

@@EPH113 you need to make up your mind... either stick to what you said about not wanting to debate about this or stick to the topic... You made a throw away comment that was supposed to refute the comment that you initially responded to about 1 Cor 11 and 2 Cor. 3. here is the greek διαθήκη (diathēkē) covenant. I don't know where you're getting "testament" from or how that has to do with this conversation. It's the type of rebuttal I get when interacting with people from this camp. Sure, that might satisfy people who already agree with you because it sounds like you responded meaningfully to this objection, but to someone who doesn't already agree with you, you're trying to hand wave you way out of dealing with it. in 2 Cor 3:6 Paul's argument is drawing on the promise of the new covenant made in Jeremiah 31. He uses the same language of that passage unambiguously. in 1 Cor 11:25 Paul uses the same greek word to quote Jesus (as he is presented in Luke's gospel) instituting the Lord's Supper as a practice in the church... What Jesus had established for Jews alone (according to your misunderstanding), Paul applies to gentile believers. Go figure.
