Many many thanks Pastor. Lost my mother 2 days ago after a long and miserable disease that was so awful I prayed for the Lord to Take her . She is now not suffering and I have 1 Thessalonians 4 . 13 and prov 3 . 5 as my support through this. Thank you Lord. God bless Gilly wife of Mark

Gilly- I always notice your messages- I think because I used to live in Norfolk. These bible studies are a great blessing aren’t they? I see it is a few years since your mother passed, but as your scripture references said it’s such a blessing to have the hope that she will be safe in the arms of Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!

We are coming up on 12 years since my Momma crossed the Jordan to be with her Lord and savior and I feel like you, she suffered so much that I was ready for her to go, even though she is and always will be my favorite human. I miss her but then my daddy went and my older sister and sometimes at age 42, and I realize how silly this sounds, I have so much faith that the rapture is going to happen, that something that has never happened and never will again . Yet I struggle with faith that I can stand another 20-30 years on this planet, with all the bad things that are happening and can happen. It helps I think that I have more family in heaven than on earth I guess but I am so ready for that trumpet to sound. I know God will give me the grace I need to endure and his timing is perfect but Maranatha is my prayer every night and morning.

How gracious is my heavenly Father to bring this word to me tonight. I have been hit by a steam train of life events rolling in one after the other with no chance to draw breath. The word tonight has brought such reassurance that yes, God is sovereign and I won't let that voice convince me otherwise. Thank you so much, so grateful.

🙌 what a marvelous message to start my Saturday morning. Better than my favorite cup of coffee. This is precisely what I needed to hear and be reminded of. My Lord and God is fully in control. Phew! Things been cloudy in my spiritual eyes of late BUT praise God that His Word lights our path and speaks truth to it so I can see. I must be honest, when you said those were verses you were going to teach on, my head went sideways. What a blessed reminder, thank you Ps. Paul, He is in control. Have a great weekend y'all from 🇿🇦

Thank you Pastor Paul for this reminder. I have a large family ,grown children and many grandchildren. There is always a trial of some sort and I know what you say is true .This day, I am yet again facing something and yes it screams and is relentless in trying to undermine my Trust and Belief that the Lord is in control. This message is a comfort and the verse 'Trust in the Lord" in Proverbs is one of my go to verses .I say it over and over throughout difficult times.Again thank you and may the Lord bless you and keep you and your family

Prisoner of Christ is poetic speech. You know when we read the Bible the Holy Spirit speaks to each and everyone individually. What you think and what I think and when somebody else thinks to be completely different. 4:25
