Growing up, I remember my father would hold Bible studies for family, friends and before I was born-even neighbors children. Growing up in such an environment, you naturally think that you’re a Christian. We had Bible study’s every Friday and Sunday. We prayed before dinner. We prayed before bed. I was(to the outward appearance) a Christian. But I will tell you, I can clearly remember the DAY I became a Christian. It is an experience I will never forget. I felt CHANGED. I was so excited, I ran down to my parents room to tell them, “I was just saved!” They were so happy… But it made me realize….Just because you are born into a Christian family, it doesn’t make you one. It is not an inherited trait. Eventually, we all come to a point where we must make that choice for ourselves. Ephesians 2:8 KJV For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.” My father still tells us the story of the day he became a Christian. In the beginning, I couldn’t understand why he kept telling us over and over. But after I was saved, I understand completely. Because you are changed. You feel it deep inside you. You are not the person you were before, but something else. Something more. It is such an incredible feeling….to KNOW without a shadow of a doubt that you are saved. It’s only natural for you to want others to know that joy as well. Sorry for writing so much…I always tell myself to write something small, but God’s word has a way of making me share more lol Have a good Sunday and thank you for sharing. 😊

God you are Sovereign, just & upright! Our world groans & cries out, weighted down; drought ravaged, famine stricken, climate, environmental, civil division, war torn, acts of God, global pandemic, in Every Nation, every people, every child! Ephesians 5:1-14 Lord let us first run to you in our anger, prideful, prejudice mindset; look inwardly, before we speak, comment or judge others; our reality, is shaped by the environment, tradition & culture we were brought up in - other people’s reality of us, is not our Truth. Your Word says “Carefully determine what pleases the Lord”- vs 11. Our spiritual eyes open to see, Jesus is the way, the Truth and the life. To hold our hearts united in one Love; standing firm in Faith and prayer. I speak scripture Jude 2:17-25 over all. Importantly-we are fitted firmly with the full armour of God! (Ephesians 6:10-20).Amen World - Prayer is powerful. I pray God’s intervention in whatever season you are in life today. I pray God’s Grace,mercy and everlasting Love, soothe and comfort you. Jesus Loves us all the same. God’s peace. Ephesians, is a simple letter that addresses several topics among these topics is the spiritual struggle experienced by everyone who is a child of God and how they should be prepared for this. (Eph.6: 12-18) Yes!... There is a spiritual struggle, between what God says, who is the truth and everything that opposes the truth, governed by the enemy, Satan or the Devil. (🤔Ufff..He has several names). Part of Ephesians 6:12 says: For we do not fight against flesh and blood, but against principalities... Principalities are governed by principles. At this time, due to the Pandemic, the principles that are heard and are governing are fear and anxiety...(There came a time when I thought that a ice cream would never be enjoyed again...🍦😂) Jesus said: Do not worry. Trust in God, and also trust in me (Jn.14:1)...If you have your FAITH in Him and PERSEVERE in this thought, you will have peace and the principles of fear and anxiety will not dominate you...(Is.26:3) That will be your FAITH shield. Faith in Jesus breaks down every oppressive principle about our life. There are difficult situations that we can experience, however God has given us all the armor to resist and stand firm... The book of Ephesians was written by the apostle Paul. Paul's writing is divided into three main segments 1.) In chapters one through three, he introduces the principles regarding what God has done. 2.) In chapters four and five, he lays out four principles regarding our present existence. 3.) Chapter six presents the principles concerning our daily struggle. Paul wanted all who yearned for Christlike maturity to receive this writing. Ephesians 6:10-11, “Finally, my brothers, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can stand firm against the wiles of the devil.
