You can buy "vinjeta" in Slovenia in every petrol station all acros cuntry. They are for highways. They are electronic, the camera on the highroad reedy your lincens plate, and if youn dont have it, comes fine throug mail. The section of the road that you are looking for in Slovenia is from Postojna to Logatec. This is the best section. in Slovenia known as "kacje ride" Translates to snake road, or more like snake bends. The whol road from crni kal to Vrhnika is nice to ride for all motorbikers here in SLO, besoce this was the main road to sea before Highroad. Greetings from slovenia!
