A true boxing fan understands that Ward was dropping jewels from his movements. His movements were communicating things without him even saying it. 1)Angles, 2)footwork, 3) turning opponents, 4)getting off shots while your opponent is setting his feet, 5)not loading up on every shot, 6) using pattern recognition to set up surprise shots, 7)mental game. 8) using levels and throw punches from different angles. Ward is an all time great. Great video.

What makes Andre Ward so exceptional is his willingness to allow Claressa & the other guy over talk him while he was trying to giving advise. Ward doesn't have to be the loudest talker to get his point across, he just keeps it moving.

Till this day I train with my Sefu and always learn something new every time. I video tape myself sometimes to only review my mistakes and imperfections. I always feel there's room for improvement.
