I know RIIGHT? He made a video explaining it, and he said it takes hours to do that. That's where the real work is. He said up to 8 hours. The subtitles are coded to start at the beginning of the word and disappear right when the word ends, which makes it extremely accurate, considering how fast Buk Lao speaks lol. I think it's hilarious that he types it in phonetics rather than the actual words. "Nine ninety pie rhye?

matthew tant actually it’s not odd at all. That’s very common with SIP service IP phones, aka voip. You load funds onto the account and there are various settings that can be enabled like call time limits and rate limits for international calls, area code restrictions and not passing callers who hide their caller ID etc. IP phones are great. I stopped using regular landline and cellphone after moving back to the USA because it’s nothing but spam calls. Soon as I got SIP voice service that all disappeared.
