Horsebackriding is one of the most magical things in life. I haven't spent one single day without a horse by my side since I was three. It's not even about the riding, it's about the magical communication with the horse. Understanding each other without words, trusting each other and so on. I fought for my horse 7 years while people told me she is deadly dangerous and she may was, but I grew up with her and I never gave her up. She's my soulmate, she's the biggest part of my life. Seeing Louis so happy about this passion makes me kind of excited. I love seeing people feeling the same thing that I felt when I first ran up to a horse at the age of three. Horses symbolize freedom and once you learn how to feel safe and comfortable on a horses back, you will never stop feeling this passion. Louis, if you ever plan to come to germany, I'm sure that my horse would like to meet you haha! She's not even that dangerous ... 😁 You should absolutely take lessons! But watch out, the most people are using horses as sport machines.

As someone who rides horses I find it very entertaining to watch someone try to figure out how to do it. It makes me happy seeing my favorite people like Louis interacting with the animals I love.

Dear Louis: You don't give yourself enough credit for what you do. Your videos are amazing and you do daily vlogs (which is hard) and the quality and the shots are incredible. Don't be disappointed of what you've done in 2014 just because you travelled a bit safer and more comfortable. I totally get that you want to travel more spontaneously, live the adventure even more, and if that it's what you want, do it. I don't know about everyone else but you inspire me. You make me appreciate the beauty in this world, you make me want to travel more that I did before, you make me to be interested in photography and start looking to buy a good camera for learning how to take good pictures. And you just do it posting your vlogs everyday, it's great that you want to interact with us, but for me what you do everyday it's enough and you should be very proud of you. I'm very proud of you. Finally I want to invite you to come to Madrid because it's where I live and I think it's a beautiful city and I know a couple of places where the sunset it's spectacular, so please come, it'll be great to meet you. FunForLouis you definitely need to start riding trails! I've travelled around the whole coast of Scotland and it was the most magical thing ever, riding over the highlands, cantering along beaches…gallops on big meadows, only you and the weather, horse and a few friends, it's SO BEAUTIFUL! wish I was vlogging back then

Hello Louis. I am a horseback riding instructor in the USA. Horseback riding is a wonderful and exciting experience! Good for you to want to learn more about it. It is amazing to feel a bond with your horse. But from experience I would highly recommend wearing a helmet...Protect your head in case of any unfortunate events- it happens! #mindyourmelon I was happy to see Nilam wearing one this time :) Live the adventure.

I have a horse myself and it was kinda funny to see both of you ride those horses like some kind of 7-year old ( no offends i love you ) And by the way, horseriding isnt any more expensive in germany so you might just give it a try over here ;)

I'm incredibly jealous. In Ireland you pay 20-30 euro for lessons. I've been getting lessons for 9 years so the money does add up over the years haha 😂

Stilesbuzzcut Yess!! But because Ireland is full of farms and most people own even a small bit of land it means horse ownership is more common here :) Myself included :)So it means a lot of people only have a lesson once a week or two weeks and either help out at a riding school the other days or ride your own horse at home :)

In Bournemouth it is really expensive but you just need to look in to more and now I get a hour lesson for £10

Stilesbuzzcut i have lessons weekly and i have to pay 55€ for 10 lessons so thats something :) but the most expensive thing is the horse itself but i love him so thats okay ^^

I'm a rider from germany as well and atm I share a horse as a riding participation (reitbeteiligung) but at our stable you get a 60 min grouplesson for 18€ (I know, that's expensive, when I was in riding school there I paid 15€), privat lessons cost around 20€ for 30 min and that's normal if not inexpensive compared to other stables and trainers

this made my day haha. i've got two horses of my own, and have been riding for years but have never got the chance to go the beach. so jealous haha people commenting about 'feeling sorry' for the horses, or the fact that your mount had a gag in really need a reality check. you did very well, and the horses seemed happy and healthy x

This is on my bucket list but a few years ago I got into a bad riding accident and haven't really ridden since! My sister is obsessed with horses and rides a lot in Bahrain (even horse archery!) - so I think I will try get her to take me to the beach and il even film it :P Loved this adventure so much Louis!

Giggling at Louis' awful riding hahaha! Leaning forward, heals up, not even holding the reigns properly, reigns too long, completely out of time with the horse, oi vey! Still, I love to see how he realises how incredible it is to ride. When I was last back home in SA, I volunteered at a guest farm and was able to ride bareback in the mountains with a horse I became very close to, early morning rides spotting Kudu and baboons, absolute bliss, once you fall in love with horses, you never stop :)

Arg this video makes me so frustrated. But I'm glad you guys had fun. If you have an interest in horseback riding, definitely do it, and learn how to properly do it. For safety reasons, please wear a helmet and proper footwear. Shoes with a heel should always be worn if you're going to use the stirrups. If you fall off, in regular shoes, your leg and foot will get caught in the saddle, and drag you. This will also scare the horse, making them trot, canter/ lope, and even gallop faster. You can't master riding horses in a few months, or even a few years. It something that will be a lifelong journey.

Horse riding is so fun! I ride a horse 1-2 days per week and one of my bigest dreams is to gallop on a beach, unfortunately I can't do that where I live. It would be so fun to see if you keep up the horse riding, once you have learned the basics everything is so much more fun!

Helmets give a security that fills in for the lack of confidence. I think its better to ride without one

No, helmets prevent you from getting serious injuries while riding. I know three people who have died just at my stable from not wearing a helmet.

You should go to Cozumel Mexico. I went there on a cruise. I went snorkeling and went on dun buggies around the whole island. I had a great time. If you go you will have a blast. I hope you go!!!!!!!!!
