I wish I watched the stream live! I think Alba (Dawn) would have been a perfect name for the founder of a legacy in an Italy inspired world. I'm Italian as well, I always love hearing anglophones saying Italian words, it's funny and adorable!

Nice. Whenever I start a new story it takes me 1-2 days to set everything up. Almost every household in town gets modified, identities and personalities get changed, right I now I have Sunset valley looking like Bridgeport. Love the Sims 3, Epic lifespan player

YAY!!! So glad to see you doing this! I will do one right along side you! Just FYI - don't forget .. you can make a new lot anywhere (almost). In world editor (bottom left of the screen - little icon) choose the size of an empty lot and drop it down. This might help you to put things where you want them. Looking forward to watching this progress! :)

@@whatever6377 yeah, it's the same Italian village one of the Assassin's Creed was set in. It was also mentioned by Dante in his Comedy. It's really small, I have no idea why it's so popular 😂

Omg YAY!!! I first played the sims 2 when I was 8 (20 years ago) but it was my step sisters so I didn’t play it much. But when the sims 3 came out my mom and step dad got it for me and that was my JAM! I was playing legacy challenges without even knowing it was a thing lol but I’ve lost them all over time so my husband got me every single sims 3 everything for Christmas. I too just started a legacy!! I’m so excited! My founder already has 2 kiddos❤️

There is a mod for the shiny textures, stencils and so on. And some of the patterns can look like interesting texture when made very low contrast.

ok serious question if anyone knows this answer, I built a high end PC that runs my sims 3 perfectly on ultra but my only problem is when I push down my scroll wheel to rotate my camera its so slow and its faster using the arrows on my keyboard which I dont like. I also still play sims 2 and sims 4 and my scroll wheel rotate runs perfect just not sims 3, if anyone knows this fix please let me know thank you :)

Sims 3 is not good for Legacy play because they all look the same so u cant even tell what features u get from who and the owning properties in the town ( aka fortune that u could leave to family memebers) is buggy and always lost the actions invested there. Its like the game "forgets" what u did with that family so no thank u... buggy as hell

I don't know solutions to the other stuff but there's actually a mod for the same face problem! It's called Random sim fixes by Lazy Duchess. Marticore did a video on it.
