Epic Cycling Floating Water Bicycle

In this video, I try to make a floating water bicycle. It uses 24 plastic balls as a tire. It is not perfect but very fun to ride.

Why would it not have balance? Imagine the same bike, but instead of those balls, they are wheels. Since there are two wheels on each normal wheel where a normal bike would have a single small wheel, it’s balance stays. The main point of unbalance is on the thin wheel. The air filled balls prevent that.
