That whole "Si" routine is actually directly stolen from an old comedy routine that Mel Blanc did where he engaged in banter with Jack Benny as a disgruntled Mexican man named Sy. The joke made sense in that context because Mel Blanc was supposed to be playing a Mexican guy (which was kind of racist, but it was the 1940s-50s so what do you expect). But yeah, I have no idea why One Fucked up Dentist would just start reciting an old comedy sketch to a patient out of nowhere like that.

Came to say exactly this. Recites an old routine without the proper context for the setup, AND nowhere to go for the payoff where after several minutes of maddening "Si/Sy/Sue" banter, the character demonstrates a perfect ability to speak English. If you're going to steal from the classics, at least show it some respect. Saying "I just came back from Africa, there's and elephant in my PANTS, baby!" does not make you Groucho Marx.
