thing you got to keep in mind when measuring is to pinch the tail.... you keep a fish that's 14, will be over 15 with the tail pinch... I promise the game wardens measure that way... Tony almost got me with a fish I thought was 13, he measured it it was 14.25.... think the first time I met him....

I catch lots of walleye with a worm on bottom however roostertail works well In this River as well as vertical jigging by the dam with a spoon.
