Great video showing off a terrific location, I was there only a week or so ago on the GSA. Well done and thank you for sorting that sheep out too, many people would have just ignored it and not realised that they cannot right themselves once they are on their sides. 👍👍👍

Hey Planet GSA. Great to hear you have experienced the same. A great location. Could not have left that sheep lying there. I was anticipating a bit more thrashing about but sheepy remained very calm. 👍

You and I seem to have the same Ideas about riding our bikes. Its not just the ride, or the destination, but the awesome views to be had along the way. and I also say.... Hey! I wonder where that track goes, then follow it. We also seem to have the same ideas about our bikes as well. I also ride a 2020 Yamaha Tenere 700 (XTZ690) Blue Ice (fully modded) and a 2017 BMW R1200GS Rallye. AND both fitted with the Garmin Zumo XT GPS.. WTF? I was starting to wonder if there was going to be any trees in this area. Great video mate. Keep them coming. Have a great Day! From the Land of OZ

This is the best video I've seen of the elan valley by far! I'm planing this trip in June.ive been using outdooractive ,viewranger.can you tell me if possible where is that byway where you stop on the bridge for a few seconds looking left and right? I think its the bridge in the thumbnail, I need to ride that road! It looks awesome. Great series dude.
@BillysBikeAdventures2 жыл бұрын
Hi there. Thanks for watching and your comments. Greta to hear that you liked the video and the content was helpful! Link for the location of the wooden bridge on the road called the National Cycle Route 81 goo.gl/maps/MzNTiLQyhxMxtNNR6 It unfortunately does not go very far but its worth the ride. Not sure if you watched all the video but toward the end there is a 6 mile byway that runs along one of the reservoirs. That on its own is definitely worth the trip to get there! Cheers Billy

Hi Caronte Cycles. This is a track off National Cycle Route 81. Its a no through road but goes for a bout 1/4 mile quite nice but does not lead anywhere unfortunately. Here are the Google map coordinates 52.346857, -3.649011 for where the track starts. :et me know if its this one you are talking about! Cheers. Billy

Hi billy just bought my t7 what phone Mount are you using great vid hoping to go up there soon lucky for us live in Cardiff ride safe🏴
@BillysBikeAdventures Жыл бұрын
Hey MrSuperdoop. Thanks for watching and your question! Great bike, so welcome to the T7 club. The cross bar on the T7 runs with very high intensity vibrations so I would not recommend using your phone mount on that. What i have found is that the handle bar is the best place, in the middle between the bar clamps. I am currently using a quadlock mount on my GSA for this. I will send you the relevant deets for that mount as Quadlock offer different ring mounts o fit the differing handle bar widths. Cheers Billy

Have you got these routes available as GPX file downloads??

Hi. I’ve just found your site. What is a GPX file and how do I use one?
@BillysBikeAdventures3 ай бұрын
Hey mate. A GPX (.gpx) file is a standard file format used for storing GPS data, such as waypoints, tracks, and routes, allowing for easy sharing and viewing of geographical information on various devices and apps. These can be exported and imported to various devices and apps. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching. Billy
