Hey guys u have a little mistake 1)u have to maintain the pot before cooking earthern ccoking ware should be shock in the water n grease with the oil 2)ur charcoal is too much high flame n vwry close ur pot 3) u have add less oil mr limbu tried made katiya mutton but this is disaster tried is best
