Tip for next year... it has to be made in stages and each phase is left overnight to dry. We usually just do the walls first day, use books inside and out to prop it up. Second phase is roof. Last phase is decorations. I don't know what kind of super glue royal icing you get abroad that they make it look so easy but in india this is very tricky.

Hi Shivesh, I assume your frosting was way too thin. So it was not able to hold the gingerbread. Try it with a thicker one instead.
