22:40 What happened after you stopped the video? Was this a university campus? Did you end up visiting the public safety office, and if so, were they OK with what you were doing in the end (and you could have continued filming if you wanted to), or did they have any kind of issue?

This was a University campus. I don't remember exactly what happened after I shut off the camera, but I did not visit the public safety office, and I came back and tried again about a month later and had no issue.
