Enjoyed your video. Absolurely brilliant especially as we have been coming to Corralejo for 20 years. Please tell us where you two managed to put all that food !. I think that we would have to ask for childrens portions. We will definitely be trying out Gilda and Land of Freedom during our next visit in March. We have always known of them but alas never given them a try. However that cannot be said o9f La Taberna which is probably our favourite restaurant. Oscar the owner treats his customers exceptionally well, and guess what, you had my favourite beef stroganoff. Afterwards he always gives us a very generous glass of Carlos 1. You ought to try it with the amount of food you demolish. Thanks once more for a really enjoyable well presented video. Ps. Did you get to see and enjoy any of the live music, which has been the magnet for us coming back year after year. Gracius M & M 🎶 😎

@@michaelsherwin5554 thank you so much - haha, we definitely eat more on filming days 😅 That’s great - I hope you enjoy visiting Land of Freedom and Gilda when you visit in March. That’s brilliant about La Taberna - we will definitely go back there when we return to Corralejo. I fancy trying their steak next time. Is there anywhere else you enjoy visiting? We have a few more on our list to try next time so we film them. We did see some of the live music - I included a bit in my other short film about Corralejo but couldn’t include too much due to copyright issues 😅 It’s a great atmosphere in the evening - upbeat and buzzing but not too rowdy or “party like”.

Thanks for your food adventure and reviews we have been visiting Corralejo for so many years but never been to Land of Freedom or Gilda purely because we tend to eat late in the evening and they have always been packed full ! The tasting trays at Freedom looked amazing and reasonably priced as a vegetarian it has inspired me to book there next time we visit in May and Gilda has more options for me then l thought! You have inspired us to try both! ♥️♥️

Been to Corralejo on numerous occasions and seen hundreds of videos of places to eat, enjoyed the fact you tried some different ones from the norm and like the way the whole thing was presented, Land of Freedom and Gilda are really great places to eat and I also like El Rincon

Great choices of restaurants, there are so many fantastic local places there just off the main tourist radar. Been visiting the island 25 years and still finding new amazing places. Loved the video

WOW just WOW. Guys this was amazing. I dont think I've ever seen so much incredible looking food. So much variety & the portions were very generous. The burger was huge. I loved that opening shot with the sign. The "Nicola Explores" writing on the sand as the wave wiped it away was very good. The slurping sound effect as you took a drink was funny. We are so jealous of you guys having all that sun & warm weather while we shiver in the cold & grey skies of the UK. 😊😊

I love that slurping sound effect, cracks me up 😅 The first shot, pulling away backwards between the space in the “o” in “Corralejo” was inspired from your shot pulling away backwards between two gravestones! I always feel inspired but don’t like making direct copies of shots, so felt quite pleased with myself when I thought of that. It needed quite a few takes being a photo hot spot 😅 Definitely recommend a trip in the winter ☀️ (too hot and busy in summer months)

We’ve been to Corralejo many times and you’ve picked some nice restaurants. You ought to try Jamoneria Caracanda which is a very traditional restaurant with some great food.
