It was indeed an epic harvest. We have also started doing the same, growing some of the vegetables that we buy. It is so satisfying to eat food that one has grown. Thank you for sharing.

Enjoyed your video. This is my first year to grow a few heads of garlic. So glad to know about letting it cure outside for two weeks. I’ll definitely plant more next year. Popping it in the freezer is also great info for me. Thanks so much. Looking forward to learning more from you.

Great content here on showing others in the burbs how they can grow some of their own foods in smaller spaces. May I suggest that you take your savings that you are not having to buy in the store and put it in a jar/spread sheet to show folks your savings. You could include at the end of the 22 weeks the output costs too. This is good info that folks might be willing to give it a try in their backyards!

The garlic is insane! My mom gave me some garlic last year that she preserved in apple cider vinegar. It’s so good. This kids ask for whole cloves to eat when they see me chopping it. 🤣

You just eat them?!
