Unfortunately the unit has some serious flaws and the customer service is pretty much non existent to helping.

Not entirely sure what is going on with it but the reticle is way low and left in the screen. I correct it through editing so it's not noticeable but it's a pretty major problem. The PARD on the other hand is a great unit, the record button can be difficult to find is biggest complaint.
