Oh man I know the feeling of wanting to binge watch all the Dreamcatcher content out there :D This Crossroads concert was during March 2021, and was actually a 2 day concert. - Day 1 'Utopia' was more acoustic rearrangements of their songs - Day 2 'Dystopia' was the harder rock/edm day :D Now I had forgotten about this until I just looked up the setlist - You And I was on both days - There's a live acoustic version of You And I that you might be interested in!

I am a Korean fan who loves Dreamcatcher. I am so happy and grateful every time new actors react to Dreamcatcher. They are the best girl group with great talent and skills. But Korean fans underestimate their abilities in Korea. Koreans are prejudiced and look down on people unless they belong to a large agency. Girls in big companies have no trouble gaining popularity and getting first place even if they don't have any skills. Even singers from such agencies win championships just a month after their debut. I'm not criticizing such groups, but it's unfortunate that Korean fans see their skills and blindly pursue big agencies without recognizing the diversity of the genre. They should have been much more popular and not just because I'm a Dreamcatcher fan. Their first win took 1924 days, which makes no sense. It's almost a miracle that makes that possible. Dreamcatcher, a small agency, created a miracle in Korea. They too may have had times when they were disappointed and exhausted. You can't help but love this dream catcher. Any genre can be played, the title songs are masterpieces, and there are so many really good songs in the album. I'm sorry I'm not good at English.

The member on the far right is handong. She is the only Chinese member. None of them are sisters. 5 of the members jiu, sua, siyeon, yoohyeon, and dami were part of a group called minx which was a cute concept but the company decided to redebut them as Dreamcatcher with a rock concept and added handong and Gahyeon.

dreamcatcher \:D/ most of their own production concert footages are online concerts without crowd because they occurred during the pandemic. that's why some of the fancams are more fun because you get the crowd into it. the downside is because they are from a small company, they can't really afford to drag a band along on their tours so you really only see their band on select concerts in korea. when you check out their b-sides, also check out fancam concerts because they are really fun. here's one example for the song 'wake up' - kzbin.info/www/bejne/g5jPeGtnYrl3fbc

No sisters but some people in the beginning confused siyeon and sua, then Handong , Yoohyeon too so maybe thats why. But after a while you realize they have nothing in common ❤😂

If you are a new InSomnia and don't understand Korean... "Ya" is a joke :) Handong's family name is Han, given name Dong; she uses her full name, Handong, as her stage name. However, Korea really likes one-syllable family names and two-syllable names, so often foreigners with two syllables get a fake family name stuck on, as a gag, or to show how Korean they have become. So, for example, a singer by the name Minnie (from (G)I-DLE) is often called Kim Minnie, even though she is not actually a child of any Kims. In the same way, Handong was given the family name Ya by her groupmates. But "Ya Handong" plays into the running joke of Handong being the supreme pervert, as "yahan Dong" translates to "erotic Dong".

Time to head to the next in order- Deja vu(a colab with the mobile game King’s Raid and a fan favorite) and then onto the Dystopia triology(about internet hate and bullying). Handong unfortunately missed the first two Scream and Boca due to first participating in the chinese reality show Youth With You and then being stuck in China due to covid. There are plenty of live performaces with all OT7 from later on fortunately due to the songs massive popularity. She was lovingly welcomed back in the third part Odd Eye. ❤

So 5 of them, Jiu, Sua, Siyeon, Yoohyeon, & Dami were a completely different group named Minx before they were Dreamcatcher. Minx debuted in 2014 and had a more traditional cute bubbly concept. Unfortunately, or not, the market was very saturated with that type of concept and their company made some pretty poor management decisions which led to them not really taking off. Because of this, Happy Face entertainment decided to disband the group, but instead of giving up on the girls, they decided to re-debut them. They added Handong and Gahyeon and Dreamcatcher was born. A complete 180 in concept, tone, music, and aesthetic. This ended up being a good thing all around since the girls like their current sound much more than they did with Minx. Siyeon was in a rock band when she was in school, so the new Dreamcatcher concept fit her really well since that's what she was used to doing before. The girl on the far right you called out is Handong, (Dongie or Dong Dong) as she's called by the members. She's the only foreign member in the group, being from China. When you get to the Dystopia trilogy, you'll notice that she's missing for the Scream era and the Boca era as she was in China competing on Youth with You, A Chinese idol reality show, when covid hit. This caused her to get stuck there until after the travel restrictions were lifted. This was a very difficult time for the members and there were lots of tears all around while she was away. Her coming back for Odd Eye was a big deal and there's a great self-made MV for one of their b-sides where they celebrated her coming back in the most Dreamcatcher way possible.

@@Addicted97 Indeed, but you gave an English example, not a Spanish one. The vowel in English "cat" is the same one he used when he pronounced Dami incorrectly (which Koreans would write as 대미 "Daemi").
