Big up di Hidden Beauty family Excellent shooting Fowl! Haffi soak dem in lime, water and likkle vinegar for a couple hours to get rid of the rawness. Wash them off back in clean water then Use the knife to make incisions in the meat. Season with blended seasoning (nuff pepper ) as well as powder seasoning. Let marinate for a few hours or over night. Curry or brown stew that!! You going have to make it cook for an hour or so to get soft.
