I get my eggs from my mom who raises her own chickens. I love helping my mom and dad with taking care of them. I love knowing where my eggs come from and that they are very well fed and very well cared for. I haven’t bought eggs from the store in almost a year now.

It is great picking up fresh eggs every morning from your chicken 🐔 💖... while living at my grandparents' we had chicken in our yard, they were also well fed, had their wooden house and fresh water... flavor and yolk color is different from supermarkets', much better

All my family members were raised on organic foods and my mother lived to age 99. Greek Italian ethnicity. My two oldest siblings are in their 90’s. I’m so pleased to have found Bobby’s videos as my father always looked at the ingredients as does Bobby. We thank Bobby and his staff for their informative videos.

My grandmother is 96. She eats potato chips and has a glass of wine with dinner every single night. She’s eats fruit but hardly any vegetables and has always enjoyed sweets. Last night I was at Costco with my stepfather who purchased 2 bottles of red wine and some kind of large pastry loaf to bring back home to my grandmother who lives with my parents. I’m always sideyeing the food choices they bring back to her but they always say… what ? she’s in her 90s what are you gonna do? 🤷‍♀

I must say that a lot of information out there is so confusing. I was trying to stay away from saturated fats all together. We don't have a Sam's Club here but I recently purchased grass fed ground beef (highest fat option for keto) from our local Wal-Mart. OMG, that meat was so yummy. Not that expensive when one considers it made four meals, and better health keeps me out of the doctors office. I'm sold! 🤗

My mom recommended I watch your videos, she is from Grenada so she can’t find any of these products.
