The middle aisles of the grocery stores are loaded with products that cause inflammation because they use processed, refined, and sugary ingredients. I want to walk through the grocery store and first show you the most inflammatory items and ingredients, and how you can easily identify the. Once I do that, I want to show you the absolute best anti-inflammatory foods at the store, and why they are so much better than the alternative. Cooking oils and fats that are consumed every day can be very inflammatory, but not if you know which ones to choose. Simple carbs and starches are inflammatory, and so is sugar, but luckily there are some great options these days that are anti-inflammatory. Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO

I found my body hurting all over. I couldn't figure out what was going on. 14 vials of blood later , it was determined I was sensitive to wheat, shrimp, dairy, almonds, egg whites...and on my way to an autoimmune disorder. I immediately stopped eating gluten, sugar, and all processed foods and healed my gut. It took me 6 months of eating this way and 20 lbs fell off without much effort. Now, off blood pressure meds and my blood levels have normalized. I pay close attention to what goes into my body. Wish I had done this earlier in my life.

Good for you! ❤❤❤ I also kicked gluten out of my diet. My ADHD symptoms decreased markedly! I told my nutritionist, neurologist as well as my general practitioner, and they all congratulated me. They confirmed this is a common result. I asked them please to share this with their patients. Why don't they at the regular?? I am so grateful I had. ❤

@@jjr6929 I cannot eat gluten-free bread. It's terrible. Instead I choose to eat fermented sourdough made from starter when I do eat it. It causes less inflammation. Be sure it's actual sourdough and does not have yeast in it at all. Most of these will have little holes all through it. Food Lion has some and Aldi's has a version of it if you cannot make it yourself from starter.

Erythritol has been linked to serious heart problems. We must learn to eat food unsweetened. You don't need sweet oatmeal, sweet coffee, sweet rolls, sweet sauces, etc to enjoy your food. Try it without added sweeteners and be amazed at how great it tastes!

Stick with the PRODUCE aisles for the most part & buy REAL UNPROCESSED foods like: fruits, vegetables, avocados, apples, brocolli, beans, rice kefir or Greek plain yogurt eggs & cheese etc. & STAY AWAY from the BIG BRAND NAMES & INGREDIENTS & LABELS you CANT UNDERSTAND. It's not as hard as you think. Eat REAL FOOD. 💙🍊🍏🥑🥕🥬🥦🌏

I didn't originally learn it from Mr Parish. But I started reading labels for ingredients and added sugar about 9 or 10 years ago. Since it led to success, his process of reading nutritional info and ingredients speaks to my personal experience. Before Flavcity, I knew nothing about "natural flavors". But the most important stuff, I knew in 2014.

As an Italian I suggest to make a simple sauce by heating olive oil and browning some garlic or soffritto (carrots, onions, celery) , then you add either tomato passata or mince for Bolognese sauce. Never mix wine and tomato, so if you add wine to meat evaporate it first and only then add tomato sauce. Finally, the longer the sauce cooks the better the flavour.

Jacqueline Mueller , I agree .but unfortunately the FDA allows the food industry to pump this garbage in people. You wonder why health care is out of control .....it’s vicious circle ,eating unhealthy leads to diabetes,high cholesterol, high blood pressure etc which eventually cost them more for medication in long run .

I’ve been intaking ginger, turmeric and other non inflammatory foods. Watching this showed me things i can pick up at my favorite store. Whole Foods. Thank you ❣️

I deal with joint pain a lot too. I researched different tribes around the world and found out that the ones with the lowest incidence of arthritic issues had the highest consumption of vegetables/potassium. Potassium naturally raises cortisol (which tends to be chronically low in people with rheumatoid arthritis), which decreases inflammation, thereby decreasing pain. It's helped me a lot! I supplement sometimes when I don't want to pile on fruits/veggies high in potassium.

I've had success with Borax, which is a necessary mineral most everyone is deficient in, called Boron. My fingers don't hurt, and are not swollen, my gray hair mostly gone, eyes improved to my old glasses from 5 yrs ago, memory super better! Iodine! Magnesium! Blk pepper. Vitamins. DISTILLED H20 Only. Keep away from Bluetooth, wireless tech, too. Stop cooking with alum foil

@anotherone5926
@anotherone5926 3 жыл бұрын
@@brendao8830 I tub soak daily in about 1 cup/ea of Bak.soda (detoxes alum!) & borax (the mineral Boron) w/2 cups/ea.of Epsom salt & Wht.Vinegar. Soak 30-60 mins, while ya hair-to-toe wash+exfoliate. Use brush, gloves or whatever. Don't scrub hard, scrub little circles, lightly Alot. Do around eyes, eyelids + EARS. EVerywhere! Detoxing stuff outta & off of us matters!! Otherwise, we build up too many nano particles, from our air, resulting in (premature aging) very dry, flaking, wrinkled (tiny, even kinda shiny, like 'frosty' looking skin -- around face, chest & collar bone (also, brittle & lined fingernails, yellowish toenails & between toes got itchy). My bugbites, Rashes, Cuts from landscaping heal SO fast (takes pain away Fast). My dog & I also digest it, (and black pepper!)- every morning, on our eggs. Also, a bit in any other hot foods, drinks;. Just a pinch. I can tell I've brought my Boron level up sufficiently when the hair roots (around my face and almost everywhere) are my original hair color, and not grey/white. (It's beneficial to add iodine! - which could be used w/essential oils, in a Diffuser or vaporizer, in your bedroom. It's one of the most healing things I've personally run across that don't break the bank. Got rid of Lyme symptoms, joint pains (I had been on crutches several months, diagnosed with/neurological lyme).

I fact-checked this video and everything you said was correct and well said. (Though monk fruit sugar is truly the best in class of sugars and we should make sure that monk fruit sugar is the only ingredient because adding Erthy. is not a good thing at all. I love these educational videos you create. I also look forward seeing those that focus on staying healthy through Covid to avoid Cytokine storm and what to buy. Truly, all the stores should support your videos because you are really so good for their businesses.....Waldo's, it's time to support Bobby!! :)
