Heyo fellow people..... As a 14-year-old girl who doesn't have very much muscle at all yet, I'm just going to say, after using a 12-kilogram kettlebell and working through the third repetition of the third exercise before calling it quits, I'm very sore the following day. This felt great on my muscles, I hope I'll be able to work up to the entire thing eventually.

Is in this workout really enough chest? Just asking, i did it today and really made me feel tired and drenched in swet (especially my shoulders) but i dont know if there is enough chest
@PrismaticFitness4 жыл бұрын
To be honest, it is quite good for the triceps and shoulders but It would certainly benefit from a kettlebell floor press as well at the end. A kettlebell bridge press would be the best variant due to range of motion. If you press toward your centreline, you would reap the most activation.

I like to lift heavy weights, but I literally despise eating like a rabbit just to get the hopes of an ab. I just gave up because if I can't eat what makes me happy, what's the point of having a sculpted body if your miserable in your mind and stressed about food because you know that you must eat like a rabbit?

What if you could eat what you want, be happy, and achieve the results you want to?.....

@@AlexCrockford I would be on board, but the world keeps saying you gotta eat kale, carrots, salads, celery, tomatoes, sweet potatoes 24/7, just water, no sugar, no salt, no meat, no flavor, no taste. I have prayed about it. I have even tried to eat somewhat healthier, but because veggies are expensive and bad food is affordable, I just simply don't understand. If the world aka society wanted everyone to be healthier, then they should stop marketing up the prices of farm grown food and just simply ban all fast food or bad food and remove it to non-existence. It's just very difficult to understand why out of nowhere, everything that I had been eating from childhood is all off sudden "illegal" for my body?
@AlexCrockford4 жыл бұрын
Yeh it sounds like you’ve got the wrong idea about what’s needed to build a good physique. Ofcourse healthy food and lots of veg is needed and should be the staple. But that does not mean you don’t include tasty food, meat if you wish, and all the good stuff. If you follow a calories / macro tracking approach like I do and I coach my #Crocfitters then you’ll see that getting results can be enjoyable and you can eat all your favourite foods!!!!!!....
@davechambers98863 жыл бұрын
Try carnivore diet for a couple of weeks 100% no carbs, no calories counting, no veggies or fruit. Only animal products I.e. steak, burger, fish, lamb, eggs, milk. Eat all you want. Get very full and only need 1-2 meals daily. Lots of water and coffee is ok. Take in salt. A teaspoon of Beef broth with added salt for electrolytes. Will lose visceral fat.
