Thank you so much!!! These stretches are simple enough for a very inflexible person to do, and you even told us that it actually doesn’t matter how far your knee goes down or if you can straighten your legs, as long as you can do xyz of the stretch, which is so helpful to know. I often feel like I’m not doing the stretch right, or not getting the benefit of it because I can’t straighten my legs. These are actually beginner stretches. I have been trying to follow along “beginner” flexibility routines to be able to do the splits, but half of the exercises they show are doing the full front splits on your back or against a wall, and if you can’t already do a split, you can’t do half the exercises. This was so helpful, thank you!

Holy mother of fascia! The first stretch of the plantar fascia is a complete and utter game changer. You are so right about it making me go deeper in to the 2nd and 3rd stretches and what a relief these, golden three musketeers of stretches, gave my lower back and hips. I have had morning pains coming from this part of my body, for the better part of 28 years now, which have hampered pretty much everything else that I do in life. Thank you, thank you, thank you for these! Now, that we have gotten my gratitude squared away, let me tell you this, all aspiring KZbinrs, instructors, teachers, etc. THIS VIDEO is the gold standard of how to convey information to people, especially in this day and age, with most people having the attention span of 2-year-old. Why? Asking why is correct my friends! Because I need not only help in learning WHAT to do, but also WHY it will help me. This is why I got really motivated to try these stretches and they are from this moment on, in my morning routine. Expanding a bit, they also cover off any possible misinterpretations with the cut-in-scenes that are topped off with a dash of humour, which also makes it more memorable for me. Finally they do it time efficiently, not going too slow or too fast. Just brilliant!! Liked, subscribed, and enabled bell for all videos 🙏👏

@bhaktikulkarni5089 given they said "this morning" and then "now", it would appear that it took less than a day. 🙏 REQUEST: Could you do three short videos to follow along with, doing these effective stretches if you haven't already? (maybe the first half of each the basic version, then the second half for those with more flexibility) Excellently explained, great cinematography, and well edited!! 😃 Thank you for this intro even if you don't do three follow-alongs. 😊❤️

I have been tight, twisted & in pain from locked-up hips. This video & oddly, the 1st exercise/stretch reduced my pain by 50% & I can’t THANK YOU enough. Your are an angel!!!

The fact that you pointed out the benefits of each stretch was super motivating. Just knowing what parts of my body will improve by doing a certain stretch is super motivating just on its own :)

I've tried a lot of stretch routines, and I can definitely tell that this one's the most helpful one I've ever tried. Thanks a lot. The second stretch was the absolute game changer, relieved my back pain in a span of seconds. This was really helpful.

KZbin just recommended me this, I am on a lookout for some nice back pain stretches and this really caught my attention. Love the way you explain it, cheers. ;)

If u have back pain u should train with weight. Start easy and increase fast. Gym helps for everything. I threw my back out could not even walk straight. 2 weeks later forgot what was back pain

I found this video at random as a recommendation, and I watch the entire thing and I get it. I was able to decipher the three stretches however, most people like me I’m going to watch this video. Become confused at about 30 different stretches you did, but you are pretty and well spoken so we will be patient.

I've been wanting to start my morning off with yoga but I really struggle with fatigue in the mornings so this is a perfect little snapshot yoga routine that will hopefully help me kick-start my day, thanks! :D

Do you expose yourself to sunlight in the morning? One of the best ways to "wake up" is to do exactly that for at least a minute (10-15 would be better of course, like going for a walk). Looking up into the air is also helping a little and good sleep with a positive mind before falling asleep is the ultimate help for that. Just some random tipps i gathered throughout the last few months from different quality sources like Andrew Huberman.

@@kenshigo3833 yeah for a year or two I wouldn't close my blinds so I woke up with sunlight but that didn't help either :/ thank you for the tips tho! xx

@@mad1739 It is recommended to actually go outside though, or open a window and lean out of it. Not looking directly into the sun of course, but in the direction of it. Hope you´ll find something that helps :)

@@kenshigo3833 You clearly don't live in the UK.. waking up to daily sunshine is a gift only a small percentage of us can count on

@@adammacer Well i can´t know where you are all from... But, you can also use light therapy. It is not as effective, but it does help a lot of people. Andrew Huberman made an episode about this in case you are interested.

Before I follow one of my dvd workouts, I stretch even before the warmup routine on the dvd workout. -During my "pre warmup routine", I already do stretch #2 that you described! That's such a great stretch. And I'm looking forward to adding the other two stretches that you recommended. (And performing them in the correct order.) Thanks for another great video!

Thanks so much for balancing your demonstrations using an example of someone who is not as flexible as you. This is a brilliant idea and specially useful for someone such as myself who is not very flexible.
