Awesome video guys. What’s your strategy for targeting lakers this time of year? Are you looking for specific structure or idling looking for schools? What baits would you recommend?

Thanks!! We look for humps and flats. For example in this video we fished 50 -70 foot flat areas where the surrounding waters are deeper by 30 feet or more. We know the lakers will be pushing the bait or searching for bait on those humps. Also using livescope we would look for schools of bait, and when you find them the lakers would not be too far behind. As far as what we use, anything from rattle spoons, to what has been most dominant for us is white/grey rubber swim baits on a white or orange 1/4-1 oz jig heads!
