That's cool, thanks for the tour! I'm really interested in how the room works, can you talk about that please? How's the floor hung up (joists? concrete?), what's in the walls (brick? what's on the brick - denim? mineral wool?). What SPL do you feel comfortable with running in that room without the room starting to chime in too hard? Can you tell us about how you amp your mains? Do you use brystons too, and if so, which version of their electronics? Do you use their analog crossover or do you use a digital one on your computer? Or does Trinnov do the crossover? If you use the Bryston crossover, how do you do the gain staging to minimize noise at the output? Thanks

Hi Streaky, who designed the studio?
@pavelkrolevets91623 ай бұрын
It was interesting to watch, thank you. Also, thanks for a few tricks from Instagram-they helped me give my track a finished form and will be the starting point for mastering. But, what about the room acoustics? I would be very interested to know how your room's acoustic setup is arranged because it's clear that this is also a very important aspect. Personally, I would choose a control room close to ideal, good monitors, and a MacBook. When you sit in a good control room, close your eyes, and you get the feeling that the music is right in front of you-that sweet illusion worth living for. So, I would love to see an acoustic review of your studio. Or maybe it already exists, and I just missed it? Once again, thank you for all the knowledge you share. It helps make this planet sound better.

Speaking of insurance! After 40 years of paying homeowners insurance, I find out that it doesn't cover any of your gear, guitars, etc. that is a seperate deal, I forget what it's called, so check your insurance, nothing in my studio would be covered if something happens, like a Hurricane, I live in fl. How do you manage power, i'm thinking/guessing the Star Point system (is that custom built?), enables multiple mains sockets but drops all gear to a single earth? Not many people talk about power, may be a good video.. EDIT - You legend, just found your video.. kzbin.info/www/bejne/imGWqGaqodhreLc
