The idea of having broken parts of wasteland stuck inside the blot during the final level is so genius- probably gonna be one of my favorite new details in rebrushed ALSO FINALLY GETTING TO SEE THE NEW BEETLEWORX!!! THEY LOOK SO GOOD!!!!

Came here to comment this. I think the last level inside the blot was a real let down, and they said there was gonna be a major rework. This is 100 percent the best way they could do this. It really ups the stakes and makes the blot feel pretty like a threat to wasteland itself, like it’s consuming the world piece by piece.

A mixture of Disney world, the Nowhere from Little Nightmares and Bendy and the Dark revival. So haunting and fascinating and beautiful to look at, at the same time. Plus I always pretend that the Shadow Blot is the Ink demon from the Bendy games

I really like how, for so many buildings, they made a cartoony, bright and colorful version, then a dark, twisted and inert version, to then have the buildings in the game be a mix of both, where the colored parts are splattered on the inert model as a whole, it really sells the vibe!

There’s an Art of Epic Mickey book but it’s so hard to get now a days, like super expensive on eBay, so I hope maybe they release a new version for re brushed..? 🤞

As I love this game, since I played it on wii I enjoyed it a lot, the idea of an adventure in a much darker and desolate world than the one Disney had us used to and with many references to classic Disney, and seeing the new concept art makes me think about how much that cartoonish and dark aspect has improved, There is one thing or another that I liked better in the original but this remake promises a lot
